I've recycled kitchen roll holders and used them as ribbon base.

The kitchen roll tubes are a good idea. Also impressed that you only have boxes of cards on your bed, lol!

Wow, you have a large inventory of cards there. I wouldn't have known, except I saw your answer in the comments. Sadly, I doubt anyone will know you left them, since it's hard enough to get around to everyone's blog once each week, yet alone twice to see a comment. Gracious that's a lorra cards - you are very on the ball! Love the plastic boxes too - a great way to store and be colourful all in one.
