WOYWW! :)

Hi everyone!

I'm a messy girl again but it's only because I'm busy! :) Need to finish off this project and then  have some more things to make lined up.

Do you remember my intentions of Upcycling rubbish? I've found this term in Craft Stamper magazine and apparently it's when you make something nice out of your rubbish. I wanted to make something using an old beer can (this project is on hold as the tin is very sharp and thick) and the other one was milk carton. So far I've managed to cut it with my Cuttlebug label die and emboss it. Have to say that it looks very nice plus is very strudy.

My bargain for today. Found it in Works. Costs 59p and you get 30 A6 card blanks. As card blank they're not very good quality but as a thick card used for matting and layering they're fab!

There's 5 colours and I love the thickness of this card plus the surface is smooth and silky.

Some lovely candy I've won @ http://crafts-international.blogspot.com/

Look at that!!! Thank you again. :)))

I have tried die cutting drinks cans, but I stopped short of embossing them as I was worried the cassettes may be damaged. Your piece looks very good.

You are the bargain queen Maggie aren't you! Great idea to upcycle and save the cardboard pieces too. Lovely gifts from Jude, well done! Everything went smoothly yesterday, took longer to get to the office and back home, spent less than 30mins there total!!

Tin cans and cartons - never thought of using those. What are you going to create with them?
